So I have to share that in my weight-loss journey, I have reached a personal record. Last Saturday I ran 4 miles! I've never done that in my life. It felt so good! Brad led the way and I plugged along with the iPod. More than just losing weight, I'm trying to become a runner for life. I'm following a 10k training plan to keep my mind off the pounds. Of course, pounds count, but this is something I can do (and you can too) for the rest of our lives!
